Forms of Payment:

We accept the following major credit cards; visa, master card, american express, discover or pay pal. For your protection we do preauthorize all transactions prior to processing. Please be sure your billing address is the same address on file with your credit card company. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone numbers (this must be the address where your credit card company sends your statements). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order where the credit card billing address is not located in the United States or for cards issued by non-US banks. We also accept checks and money orders. Shipping Information:

Same Day Shipping on orders received before 2:00pm EST (Mon-Fri). We ship every business day using USPS Priority Mail Service. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. It is delivered to your mailbox just like normal mail. We ship using delivery confirmation, there is no need to be home or to sign for the item. The mail carrier will scan it to confirm delivery while your package is dropped off into your mailbox.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping charge also will include the cost of any surcharges or insurance that may be imposed by the carrier. Shipping charges will be applied to each carton needed to ship your order. It is our policy to do all we can to to pack your order in a single shipment. However packaging and shipping depends on the availability, dimension and originating shipping location.

We do not ship to Guam or APO / FPO addresses. Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has shipped. No cancelations will be accepted after 24hrs. of order placement. We strive to ship all items in stock within 24hrs. We use the most efficient and secure carrier to your area. Please allow from 5 to 10 business days for delivery on in-stock items. Some items may be shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer for delivery. Shipping charges include processing, handling, packaging and shipping costs. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guarantteed. Rates are subject to change. We do not ship C.O.D.





Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All orders are inspected prior to shipment. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Please contact us immediately prior to returning any items. Any special custom orders or services may not be returned for any reason. To return an item to Peerless Door Locks, please call (787)798-3700 or:

1) Package your return in the original carton. All returned merchandise must be complete including original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, etc. If anything is missing, written on, damaged, or defaced, we will not accept a return.

2) Please include packing slip with the reason of return and action to be taken (refund, replacement, or exchange)

The customer is responsible for all incurred shipping costs during refunds, special orders, exchanges, cancellations, credits and returns unless indicated.



Free Returns:

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 60 days for a FREE return shipping exchange, towards another purchase of equal or greater value of $99.00

This return shipping exchange service applies only once per client order. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. You must use the original flat rate shipment box for your return. Please make sure to remove any existing labels or other materials on the shipping box from previous use. Proceed to forward the package through your most convinient USPS post office local, return shipping via flat rate Priority Mail, insured for its contents value and tagged with delivery confirmation. You will later be fully credited for the shipment's cost on your new order.

We will process your FREE return shipping exchange once your return is received and inspected. We will then process and quickly ship out your product exchange. An email confirmation regarding details of your request will immediately be sent to you.



Special Orders:

We stock what you need! Many items that are available by special order request are not included in this web-site. If you have a need for any item that we do not stock, call us to let us quote you a price and delivery schedule. Orders placed with manufacturers for products of custom size, function, design or finish, will require full advanced payment at time of order. In addition, orders for these products will be non-cancelable and non-returnable.



Sales Tax:

We do not charge sales tax outside PR; however, you may be responsible to pay sales tax to your state department of revenue. Sales tax is 7% for PR residents.
