Dealer Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. We do not, however, guarantee its products or custom services against defects due to improper installation, the failure to perform due to improper maintenance, or uses for which they were not designed.

Due to the different types of base metals used in the manufacture of our products, finishes may vary slightly. We strongly urge that when selecting finishes, careful consideration be given to opening usage requierments and climatic conditions. These factors may over time cause a breakdown to protective coatings or damage metal finishes.

Our only obligation under this guarantee is to repair or replace any of its products assessed by us to be defective in material and workmanship after such product is properly returned to our facilities within, one year for all non-electrical products; excluding padlocks and 60 days for all padlocks and electrical products, of purchase date by the original purchaser free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, along with essential proof of purchase and with shipping charges prepaid.

We disclaim all liability for consequential, incidental or special damages, or lost profits or savings, even if we are aware of the possibility thereof, arising out of the purchase or use of products by buyer. In no event will our entire liablity exceed the purchase price of the purchased products or custom services.

The customer agrees that Bayamon, PR, USA, shall be the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute, liability, damage, claim or loss arising from or in any associated with the customer's use of, or access to, the site. Any claim, dispute or controversy shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental, consequental or special damages, or lost profit or savings, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
